Should you find your hotel room, with the same booking conditions, at a lower rate on the internet after you have booked at our website, we’ll offer you 10% discount from the rate that you found on other website. Just contact us within 24 hours of booking.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Claim must be submitted via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the booking and at least 72 hours prior arrival date. Claim should include your name, website link where the lower rate is available and your reservation confirmation. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account.
The lower online rate must be bookable for an equivalent room as booked through www.tallinnhotels.ee on the same check-in and checkout dates with the same booking conditions by the time TallinnHotels validate your claim. Screen print will not be accepted as proof.
“Best price guarantee” does not apply in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other “reward” type programs or special promotions.
The lower rate must be in the same currency.
If the claim is valid, TallinnHotels will give you additional 10% discount from the rate than on the other site if your reservation through www.tallinnhotels.ee is completed and not cancelled.
If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our best rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
