Smoked eel with potato cake, cucumber and dill jelly, horseradish cream
Marinated beetroot with hazelnuts, goat cheese mousse and apple cider sauce
Roast beef salad with pickled cucumber garden greens, young potatoes, mustard and mayonnaise sauce
Smoked pork shank marinated with „Põltsamaa Kuldne" wine, served with
goose liver and vegetables
Lamb racks salad with garlic butter grilled vegetables, salted pork
roasted sprouts and beetroot leaf
