The first fifteen minutes of parking are free in Tallinn, provided that you use a parking clock or write the time when you begin parking on a piece of paper and place the clock/paper in a place where it can be easily seen.
Vanalinna / Old Town parking zone: 4,6 EUR per hour
Südalinna / Downtown parking zone: 2,3 EUR per hour
Kesklinna / City Centre parking zone: 1 EUR per hour
