Dinner in the Sky® Eestis
Dinner in the Sky® starts its operations in Estonia in the summer of 2011.
Dinner in the Sky® will open the doors in June, just for five days to present a unique Dinner in the Sky® experience to all interested parties. In those days, we will offer Dinner in the Sky® experience along with a unique culinary pleasure – in the very center of Tallinn. Event takes place in Rotermann quarter, where the table with 22 quests will be suspended at a height of 50 metres by a team of professionals, to enjoy their most unique and special dinner – together with their friends.
Executive Chef Rene Uusmees is dedicated to the creation and development of the modern Estonian cuisine. Food Preparation, consideration, and the search for flavor is a passionate and emotional part of our lives.
Sky is not the limit - also in cooking. Rene Uusmees Estonia brings the Estonia flavors at the border for the clound first the time, wishing to offer their guests a unique experience and the heavenly taste.
Rene Uusmees is also a member of the Estonian Institute of Culinary, MEKK restaurants chef. He is the Bocuse d Or Candidate Estonian 2010a. and has been recognized chefs Mare Balticum Trophy race, where he reached 1997a. I place.
