Location, staff and comfort

Just returned from a 4 day visit to Tallinn and we enjoyed it thoroughly.A lovely welcome when we arrived at reception in the Hotel Bern.The hotel is set back from the main road just round the corner from The Viru Gates and a short stroll to the Old Town.Our room was very comfortable with bathrobes and slippers provided.When we registered on arrival the staff must have noted it was my birthday the next day as on return to our room that night a card, small bottle of bubbly and a vase of tulips were awaiting.A lovely touch and much appreciated.The staff could provide all the information on places to visit and transport links that we required.Just along the road is the lovely Chicago bar and restaurant-well worth a visit. I would certainly recommend Hotel Bern.
