Recent Holiday

Dear Hotel Bern,

We have just returned from a four night break in Tallinn, and would like to thank you for the way in which you looked after us.
On arrival we were told that there had been an error and we were double booked.
A transfer was made to your sister hotel for that one night.
Staff arranged the transport there and also the return journey.

On our return a bottle of wine was placed in the room 'for the inconvenience', which was a very nice gesture.

All the staff, particularly the two young men and two ladies on the reception desk, were extremely helpful throughout our stay, which made our break, very enjoyable.

We shall certainly recommend Hotel Bern, to anyone going to Tallinn.
