Fab location, comfy rooms, excellent breakfast!

I stayed at Hotel Bern with my mother for a weekend for the Christmas markets. The hotel is brilliantly located just off Viru slap bang in between the Old Town and the City Centre (5-10 mins walk to Old Town Square, 5 mins walk to Viru Shopping Centre). When you walk in, you see a sign on the building next door that says 'Night Club' but whilst we were there (over a weekend) there was not a peep of noise from the place.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was reasonably sized with comfy beds and equipped with heating and air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and well equipped with enough towels, a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast (which was served till 11am on the weekend!) is advertised as 'rich and varied'...and it was!

Can't really fault the place (if really pushed to say something negative, the bathroom light was a bit noisy!)...good value for money in a good location.
