The target group consists of potential tourists who have not yet decided to travel to Estonia, which is why the brochure strives, as simply and attractively as possible, to emphasise the strengths of Estonia as a tourism country and convince the undecided tourist to choose Estonia as the next travel destination. The publication introduces Estonian culture, history, traditions,nature and way of life, proceeding from the core values of Welcome to Estonia (contrasts, first and fast, clean and northern, available, romantic).
